By the river Thames, and close to Battersea Park, Vauxhall is home to the headquarters of MI6 and the soon to be finished new American Embassy.
Though most of the property in the area is made up of ex-council housing,
there is a significant amount of converted Victorian terraces, and modern housing. New developments include St George’s wharf where a number of politicians are said to live.
